Project Description: The project consists of the Facade Renovations at Roosevelt Intermediate School for

the Westfield Public Schools, Board of Education, Union County, New Jersey.

The Base Bid work consists of but is not limited to the following:

1. Parapet Rebuilding (typical classroom)
2. Salvage of Diamond Terra Cotta Panels and Reuse at Lower Window Openings
3. Masonry Restoration for All Areas
4. Alternate Bid No. 1 – Chimney Restoration

2. RFIs Development
3. Construction Activities Work Schedule for all 3 Phases (Primavera P6)
4. Project’s SoW Sheet
